Waking up with a breathtaking view over Lake Volgsjön is an unforgettable experience. You will stay seven days and six nights in a 2, 4 or 6 person stuga, just a few minutes drive from the charming town of Vilhelmina.
Each cabin is fully insulated and has a fully equipped kitchen, private toilet with shower, central heating, wood stove, TV, WIFI and access to both a small and large sauna.

Yes, the roads in Lapland are normally good to drive on in the winter. The roads are kept free of snow as much as possible. So you can drive around with a rental car without any worries. You drive on tires with studs that give you maximum grip. So no hassle with snow chains.
The chance of seeing the Northern Lights during your winter trip to Lapland is high, especially on clear, dark evenings. However, the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. The Northern Lights can be predicted to some extent. There are good Northern Lights apps.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start date, the participant owes 75% of the total amount, less than 28 days before the start date 50%, and in case of cancellation more than 28 days before the start date only the deposit is owed.
Winter temperatures in Lapland are often between -5 and -20 degrees Celsius. Due to the low humidity, it does not feel as cold as you might expect at these low temperatures. Temperatures of up to 35 degrees below freezing can also occur, so it is important to dress appropriately.
During the sled dog tour you will be provided with a thermal overall, snow boots and gloves/mittens on loan.
