Into the Wild Experience

During this two-day experience you will immerse yourself in the world of the husky and the life of a pack.

Meet our huskies, explore the beautiful Veluwe forests and enjoy the peace. Challenge yourself and discover this unique outdoor winter adventure.

On day 1 you will discover the individual pulling power of the huskies during a unique Hike over the Veluwe! In the evening you will spend the night in the middle of the forests in a two-person army tent. Before you retire, relax by the campfire or the wood stove in the central tent.

The next morning the dogs are jumping enthusiastically and you help with the harnessing and harnessing during the sled dog workshop. Experience the pulling power during a short ride on the Cart (a sled on wheels) with one of our instructors.

To keep the experience exclusive, we only work with small groups of maximum six participants. The well-being of the dogs is central and everyone has enough time and space to enjoy the interaction with the huskies.

Program 2-day Experience

Day 1: 15:00

• Reception with coffee/tea and some snacks
• Getting to know the huskies
• Learn to harness
• Husky Hike
• Campfire dinner
• Overnight stay in an army tent

Day 2:

• Breakfast explanation sled dog workshop
• Harnesses
• Learning to exert
• Short cart ride - 2km (Cart Experience)

Inclusive:

• Coffee/tea something tasty
• Home made breakfast
• Vegetarian winter stew
• Digital photo album
• 2-person army tent with camp beds
• Central army tent (equipped with electricity, wood stove, kettle and refrigerator).

Exclusive:

Towels, bed linen, other drinks, snacks and wood.

Possibility to rent an M90 Defense sleeping bag incl. sheet bag in the sleeping bag.

NB:

It is one big adventure, a Back to Basic camping experience in the autumn/winter!

Therefore, make sure you have enough warm clothing and a good (winter) sleeping bag.
